When we, at Brinkley Engine Remanufacturing, remanufacture your engine, our goal is to return your engine to the exact same condition it was when it left the factory.

We replace piston rings, pistons, connecting rod bearings, piston pin bushings, crankshaft main bearings, camshaft bearings, camshaft, thrust washers, timing components, valve lifters, oil pump, oil pump screen, freeze plugs and all gaskets and seals.

A professional machine will re-bore the cylinder block, perform a valve job, resurface the cylinder heads, thoroughly clean the entire engine, check and/or recondition the connecting rods and magnetic particle inspect the entire engine.

When the machine shop is finished, we reassemble the engine one at a time for the highest quality possible. When you buy an engine somewhere, the engine will have been put together on an assembly line. Anyone who has ever worked on a assembly line knows it is always “quantity before quality”.

We're the difference between just having your engine rebuilt and having it done right
